Hummos Bethini

A cold dip made from cooked garbanzo beans, seasoned with Tahini sauce, garlic, and lemon juice, topped with parsley. You can choose one or more of five flavors - original, spicy, mild Chili, garlic lover’s, and black olive

A cold dip made from roasted eggplant, seasoned with Tahini sauce, garlic, and lemon juice, topped with parsley

Chicken with Basmati Rice

Poulet Basquais

Cooked chicken in a French sauce with red and green peppers, garlic, and onions. Served with rice

Cooked slices of chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, and a creamy sauce. Served with rice.
